Human TAB1/TGF-beta Activated Kinase 1/MAP3K7 Binding Protein 1 ELISA Kit

Assay Genie's sandwich ELISA kit enables quantitative measurement of human TGF-beta Activated Kinase 1/MAP3K7 Binding Protein 1 (TAB1). The double-antibody sandwich format with colorimetric detection is validated for serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples, with a sensitivity of 0.188 ng/mL and a detection range of 0.313-20 ng/mL.

TAB1 acts as an important regulator of TGF-beta signaling pathways involved in cell growth, differentiation, and apoptosis, and its dysregulation has been implicated in cancer, inflammatory disorders, and fibrosis. Recovery values were 88-102% (average 93%) in serum, 89-105% (average 97%) in EDTA plasma, and 88-102% (average 93%) in heparin plasma (n=5 each). Kit components are stored at 2-8°C for up to 12 months.
