Engineered to measure IgG class autoantibodies reactive with human trophoblast membrane antigens, this indirect biotin-amplified ELISA from Assay Genie supports reproductive immunology, maternal-fetal tolerance, and clinical autoimmune research. Applications include biomarker studies in antiphospholipid syndrome, recurrent pregnancy loss, preeclampsia, and unexplained infertility cohorts, where circulating anti-trophoblast IgG titres are investigated as candidate indicators of immune-mediated pregnancy complications.

Each kit contains a capture-antigen-coated microplate supporting 96 individual determinations, biotinylated anti-human IgG detection antibody, streptavidin-HRP conjugate, calibrated human reference standards, wash buffer concentrate, TMB chromogenic substrate, and stop solution. The protocol calls for loading diluted human serum or plasma samples into the coated wells, completing antigen-antibody binding, then introducing the biotinylated secondary reagent and streptavidin-HRP for signal amplification prior to chromogenic readout on a standard microplate spectrophotometer.

Quantitative IgG concentration is calculated by interpolation against the supplied reference curve, and the package includes a lot-specific certificate of analysis documenting intra-assay precision, inter-assay reproducibility, and dilution linearity within the validated working range. Components are shipped cold-packed and should be stored refrigerated immediately upon arrival to preserve streptavidin-HRP activity and reference standard integrity; all reagents are intended for research use only and are not validated for diagnostic procedures.
