Human T-cell surface glycoprotein CD4 (CD4) ELISA Kit

Assay Genie offers a colorimetric Sandwich ELISA Kit designed for the quantitative measurement of Human T-cell surface glycoprotein CD4 in human samples. The assay uses a micro ELISA plate pre-coated with a specific capture antibody, with binding detected via a biotinylated detection antibody and an Avidin-Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) conjugate. After addition of substrate and a sulphuric acid stop solution, the optical density is read spectrophotometrically at a wavelength of 450 nm ± 2 nm.

According to the technical manual, the assay has a measuring range of 4.68–300 ng/mL and a sensitivity of 2.1 ng/mL. Reported performance characteristics include an Intra-Assay CV of 4.8% and an Inter-Assay CV of 8.3%. The kit is compatible with both routine laboratory and high-throughput screening formats, and each plate comes pre-coated with highly specific antibodies.

The product is reactive with human samples and is intended for Research Use Only. Compatible sample types listed in the technical manual include serum, plasma, saliva, urine, cell culture supernatant and tissue samples and other related supernatants.
