Human T-cell surface glycoprotein CD3 epsilon chain (CD3E) ELISA Kit

An Assay Genie sandwich ELISA enables quantitative measurement of the human T-cell surface glycoprotein CD3 epsilon chain (CD3E) in research samples. The kit is designed for the accurate detection of CD3E in human serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernatants and other biological fluids, and shows specificity for both natural and recombinant human CD3E (UniProt P07766).

CD3E is a critical component of the T-cell receptor complex, essential for T-cell activation and signal transduction, and plays a key role in the regulation of immune responses. The assay uses a colorimetric detection method and is intended for research use only.

Assay Genie reports a detection range of 0.625-40ng/mL, a sensitivity of 0.23ng/mL, an intra-assay CV of 5.2% and an inter-assay CV of 9.6%.
