Human T-cell leukemia/lymphoma protein 1A (TCL1A) ELISA Kit

The assay is reactive with human samples, with a detection range of 78-5000pg/mL and a sensitivity of 39.3pg/mL. Intra-assay CV is 8.1% and inter-assay CV is 9.4%.

Specificity is directed against natural and recombinant human TCL1A, also known by the synonyms Oncogene TCL-1, Protein p14 TCL1, Oncogene TCL1, and TCL1 (UniProt P56279). Functionally, TCL1A enhances the phosphorylation and activation of AKT1, AKT2 and AKT3, promotes nuclear translocation of AKT1, and supports cell proliferation and survival. The protein is found in the cytoplasm, nucleus, microsome, and endoplasmic reticulum (microsomal fraction).
