Human T-cell antigen CD7 (CD7) ELISA Kit

From Assay Genie, this Sandwich ELISA kit is designed for quantitative detection of human T-cell antigen CD7 across serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids. The assay is specific for natural and recombinant human CD7.

Reported performance includes a detection range of 78-5000pg/mL, sensitivity of 39.9pg/mL, intra-assay CV of 6.7% and inter-assay CV of 11.4%. Recovery averages 102% (range 96-108%) in serum and 104% (range 98-110%) in plasma, with linearity demonstrated across 1:2 to 1:16 dilutions in serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma. CD7 is a single-pass type I membrane protein of the immunoglobulin superfamily, expressed on thymocytes and mature T cells, with abnormal expression linked to autoimmune conditions such as rheumatoid arthritis and multiple sclerosis.
