Human Syntenin 2/SDCBP2 ELISA Kit

The assay uses a colorimetric double-antibody sandwich format and is reactive to human targets, accepting serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. It is designed to provide accurate and reproducible results across a broad range of research applications.

Linearity has been validated across dilutions of 1:2, 1:4 and 1:8 in serum (97–104%, 84–95%, 83–99%), EDTA plasma (88–103%, 82–95%, 81–97%) and heparin plasma (85–105%, 84–98%, 82–97%). Recovery ranges were 91–104% in serum (average 97%), 87–99% in EDTA plasma (average 94%), and 87–103% in heparin plasma (average 99%). The kit should be stored at 2–8°C for 12 months.

Syntenin-2, also known as SDCBP2, is involved in cell adhesion, migration and signalling, and its dysregulation has been associated with cancer progression, immune responses and neurodegenerative disorders, highlighting its value as a potential biomarker for disease research and therapeutic development.
