Human Syntaxin 2 ELISA Kit (HUFI08402)

For research workflows measuring human Syntaxin 2 (STX2) levels, Assay Genie provides a quantitative in vitro immunoassay developed for research use only. STX2 is a member of the syntaxin family of SNARE proteins that mediate vesicle fusion with target membranes during regulated exocytosis, and altered STX2 expression has been characterized in epithelial transport, neuroendocrine secretion, and tumor cell membrane biology. The 96 Assays format contains pre-coated plate wells, detection reagents, and a STX2 standard curve configured for full-plate experimental runs. Absorbance-based signal is read on a standard microplate reader and converted to STX2 concentrations against the kit standard. Kit components should be stored refrigerated on arrival, and reconstituted reagents should be aliquoted to limit freeze-thaw cycles and preserve antibody activity.
