Human Syndecan 3 (SDC3) ELISA Kit

Syndecan-3 (SDC3), also called N-syndecan, is a transmembrane heparan sulfate proteoglycan that binds growth factors such as FGF-2 and modulates cell signaling during neural progenitor proliferation, axon guidance, and cartilage development. Researchers in neurobiology, stem cell biology, and extracellular matrix remodeling use this kit to quantify endogenous SDC3 in tissue lysates from brain, cartilage, or skeletal muscle. The Assay Genie microplate is pre-coated with a human-specific capture antibody and uses a biotinylated detection antibody plus streptavidin-HRP for an absorbance-based readout on a standard plate reader. A typical sample volume is 100 uL per well. Each kit includes a pre-coated plate, recombinant standards, detection antibody, streptavidin-HRP, wash concentrate, TMB substrate, and stop solution. Store the sealed plate refrigerated and protect from light; keep the standard and antibody vials frozen in single-use aliquots to limit freeze-thaw cycles and preserve binding activity.
