Assay Genie's PharmaGenie ELISA platform delivers quantitative measurement of human Syndecan-3, a transmembrane heparan sulfate proteoglycan, across cell culture supernatant, plasma, and serum-derived matrices. Syndecan-3 (SDC3) participates in cell-matrix signaling, growth factor binding, and cytoskeletal organization, making it a relevant biomarker in studies of neuronal development, synaptic plasticity, obesity, and tumor microenvironment remodeling.

The kit provides a complete immunoassay workflow with pre-coated capture plates, biotinylated detection antibody, recombinant standards, streptavidin-HRP conjugate, and substrate solution. A chromogenic readout is captured on a standard microplate reader, and results are interpolated from a generated standard curve.
