Human Syncollin ELISA Kit

Validation data show consistent linearity across serial dilutions: serum 86–99% / 93–102% / 92–99%, EDTA plasma 86–99% / 83–90% / 87–96% and heparin plasma 85–100% / 86–99% / 80–104% at 1:2, 1:4 and 1:8 dilutions. Recovery rates are 85–101% (serum, average 95%), 88–100% (EDTA plasma, average 94%) and 88–105% (heparin plasma, average 98%).
