Human SUSD2 ELISA Kit

From Assay Genie, this Human SUSD2 ELISA Kit is a sandwich ELISA using a double-antibody detection method for the in vitro quantitative determination of SUSD2 in human serum, plasma, and other biological fluids. The colorimetric assay is intended for research use only and is also compatible with tissue homogenates, cell culture supernatants, urine, cerebrospinal fluid, and cell lysates.

Reported performance includes a sensitivity of 0.188 ng/ml, a working range of 0.313–20 ng/ml, intra-assay CV <8% and inter-assay CV <10%. Spike-and-recovery was evaluated in serum (average 94%, range 86–101%), EDTA plasma (average 97%, range 89–101%), and UFH plasma (average 100%, range 91–105%). Dilution linearity at 1:2, 1:4, and 1:8 was reported in serum (87–102%, 88–101%, 87–94%), EDTA plasma (84–101%, 83–92%, 82–98%), and UFH plasma (85–98%, 84–100%, 85–98%).

SUSD2, also called Sushi Domain Containing 2, is involved in cell adhesion, migration, and inflammation and has been implicated in cancer, cardiovascular disorders, and immune-related conditions (UniProt Q9UGT4). The kit is stored at 4°C for 6 months.
