Human Survivin ELISA Kit

A highly sensitive and specific sandwich ELISA assay from Assay Genie designed for the detection of survivin levels in human serum, plasma, cell culture supernatants, cell or tissue lysates, and other liquid samples. Survivin is a key protein involved in cell division and inhibition of apoptosis, making it a crucial biomarker for cancer research and personalized medicine.

The kit uses a double antibody sandwich ELISA format with colorimetric detection, offering a sensitivity of 18.75 pg/mL and a standard range of 31.25–2000 pg/mL. Validated linearity has been demonstrated for serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma across dilution ratios, with recovery values ranging from 85–105% for serum, 90–105% for EDTA plasma, and 86–99% for heparin plasma.

Components supplied include a dismountable ELISA microplate, lyophilized standard, biotin-labeled antibody, HRP-streptavidin conjugate (SABC), TMB substrate, sample dilution buffer, antibody dilution buffer, SABC dilution buffer, stop solution, wash buffer, plate sealers, and a technical manual. Reagents are stored at 2–8°C, with standards and microplate strips suitable for longer-term storage at -20°C.
