Sulfotransferase 1B1 (SULT1B1) is a cytosolic enzyme that catalyzes the transfer of a sulfonate group from PAPS to phenolic substrates, including hormones, neurotransmitters, and xenobiotic compounds. The Assay Genie ELISA Kit enables quantitative measurement of SULT1B1 in human samples, supporting research in hepatic biology, endocrinology, drug metabolism, and the detoxification of dietary phenols.
