Human SUCLG1 ELISA Kit (HUFI06256)

Assay Genie's Human SUCLG1 ELISA Kit enables quantitative measurement of succinate-CoA ligase (GDP-forming) subunit alpha, a mitochondrial matrix enzyme essential for the TCA cycle that catalyzes conversion of succinyl-CoA to succinate with coupled GTP formation. SUCLG1 mutations are linked to mitochondrial DNA depletion syndrome type 9 (MTX2D) and methylmalonic aciduria, making this assay relevant for metabolic and mitochondrial disease research. Capture antibodies are specific to the human SUCLG1 alpha subunit. Reagents should be stored at 4°C; allow the plate and buffers to equilibrate to room temperature before running the assay.
