Human STXBP2 ELISA Kit (HUFI06282)

This Assay Genie immunoassay provides quantitative measurement of Syntaxin-Binding Protein 2, also known as Munc18-2 — a ~67 kDa cytoplasmic regulator of SNARE-mediated membrane fusion in cytotoxic lymphocytes and natural killer cells. The kit is intended for research use only and supports investigations into Familial Hemophagocytic Lymphohistiocytosis type 5 (FHL-5), a rare immune dysregulation disorder linked to STXBP2 deficiency, as well as studies of platelet secretion and granule exocytosis. Reagents are supplied in a microplate configuration for processing multiple research samples per run, with a refrigerated storage recommendation and standard handling precautions.
