Human Stromelysin-1 (MMP3) ELISA Kit

A Sandwich ELISA Kit from Assay Genie designed for the quantitative measurement of human Stromelysin-1 (MMP3) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernatants, and other biological fluids. The assay uses a colorimetric detection method and is specific for both natural and recombinant human Stromelysin-1.

The kit offers a detection range of 78-5000 pg/mL with a sensitivity of 33 pg/mL. Reported precision values include an intra-assay CV of 3.7% and an inter-assay CV of 6.3%. Linearity has been validated across serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma at multiple dilutions, with recovery averaging 98% for serum (range 92-104%) and 100% for plasma (range 94-106%).

MMP3, also known as Stromelysin-1 or Matrix metalloproteinase-3, is a key enzyme involved in extracellular matrix degradation and tissue remodeling.
