Human STRN ELISA Kit (HUFI06278)

This quantitative immunoassay from Assay Genie is configured to quantify Striatin (STRN), a scaffolding protein enriched at membrane-associated junctions and involved in cell-cell signaling cascades. Striatin participates in cytoskeletal regulation and dendritic spine formation, and altered STRN expression has been reported in studies of neuronal differentiation and certain tumor tissues. The kit is supplied as a 96-determination microplate with all buffers, standards, and detection reagents needed to run the assay, and it is intended for research use only.
