Human STK39/Serine/Threonine Kinase 39 ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA double-antibody kit from Assay Genie for the quantitative measurement of human STK39 (Serine/Threonine Kinase 39). The colorimetric assay is validated for serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysates, and other liquid samples, and is described as a tool for studying the role of STK39 in cellular processes including cell proliferation and apoptosis, with implications in cancer, autoimmune disorders, and cardiovascular disease.

Sensitivity is quoted at 0.469 ng/mL with a working range of 0.781–50 ng/mL. Linearity for serum (n=5) at 1:2, 1:4 and 1:8 dilutions is reported at 88–105%, 84–100% and 89–101%, while EDTA plasma shows 88–99%, 88–105% and 84–100%, and heparin plasma shows 89–101%, 86–93% and 82–95%. Recovery averages are 92% for serum, 97% for EDTA plasma and 92% for heparin plasma, with ranges of 85–101%, 87–103% and 86–101% respectively.

Storage is at 2–8°C for 12 months. The published assay procedure involves plate and reagent equilibration, 37°C primary incubation for 90 minutes, biotin-labelled detection antibody for 60 minutes, HRP-Streptavidin (SABC) for 30 minutes, TMB colour development in the dark for 10–20 minutes, and absorbance reading at 450 nm after stop solution.
