STK32C, also referred to as YANK3, is a serine/threonine protein kinase encoded by a gene mapped to human chromosome 10q26.3. Members of the STK32 family have been implicated in neuronal signaling, cytoskeletal regulation, and differentiation pathways, making quantitative measurement of STK32C protein levels a useful complement to kinase activity assays and transcriptomic profiling in basic research settings.
