Human STAT3 ELISA Kit

From Assay Genie, this Sandwich ELISA kit enables quantitative measurement of human STAT3 (Signal Transducer and Activator of Transcription 3) in serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. The double-antibody sandwich format uses colorimetric detection with a biotin-labeled detection antibody, HRP-Streptavidin conjugate, and TMB substrate, with absorbance read at 450 nm. STAT3 is described as a key transcription factor that mediates cellular responses to cytokines and growth factors, with dysregulation implicated in cancer, inflammatory disorders, and autoimmune diseases.

The kit has a reported sensitivity of 0.188 ng/mL and a range of 0.313–20 ng/mL. Linearity has been validated in serum (85–105% at 1:2, 87–98% at 1:4, 87–104% at 1:8), EDTA plasma (83–97%, 83–96%, 84–97%) and heparin plasma (83–96%, 81–99%, 83–97%). Recovery ranges from 86–99% in serum (average 93%), 89–103% in EDTA plasma (average 98%), and 86–105% in heparin plasma (average 96%).
