Built around the quantification of STARD8 (also called DLC3), a RhoGAP-domain tumor suppressor that dampens RhoA and Cdc42 signaling, this Assay Genie kit supports research into cytoskeletal remodeling, focal adhesion turnover, and hepatocellular carcinoma pathways where the protein has been implicated. Each kit provides a pre-coated microplate, biotinylated detection antibody, streptavidin-HRP conjugate, calibration standards, and TMB substrate to run a complete ELISA protocol. The 96 Assays configuration accommodates standard curves, internal quality controls, and replicate wells in one experiment.
