The STARD3NL target protein belongs to the StAR-related lipid transfer (START) domain family, functioning in late endosomal cholesterol trafficking alongside its paralog STARD3, also known as MLN64. This Assay Genie ELISA kit supports quantitative measurement in cell lysate and tissue homogenate samples, using a standard microplate format pre-coated with capture antibody. Standard laboratory sample volumes around 100 uL are loaded per well during the protocol. Reconstituted reagents should be stored at -20 degrees C, with the unopened microplate kept refrigerated and protected from light to preserve antibody activity.
