Human Stanniocalcin-2 (STC2) ELISA Kit

Assay Genie provides a Sandwich ELISA kit designed for the quantitative measurement of human Stanniocalcin-2 (STC2), a secreted homodimeric glycoprotein reported to have an anti-hypocalcemic action on calcium and phosphate homeostasis. The assay is for research use only and is reactive with human samples, including serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids.

Reported performance characteristics include a detection range of 31.2-2000pg/mL and a sensitivity of 12pg/ml, with an intra-assay CV of 5.4% and an inter-assay CV of 9.7%. Specificity is reported for natural and recombinant human Stanniocalcin-2, supporting reproducible quantitative analysis relevant to cardiovascular research and the broader study of STC2 in health and disease.
