This immunoassay from Assay Genie quantifies STAM-binding protein (STAMBP), a JAMM/MPN+ domain-containing deubiquitinating enzyme that selectively cleaves K63-linked polyubiquitin chains within the ESCRT endosomal sorting machinery. STAMBP, also known as AMSH, regulates receptor downregulation at the endosome, modulates cytokine and JAK-STAT signaling, and is implicated in microcephaly-capillary malformation syndrome when mutated, making quantitative detection valuable for neuroscience, immunology, and rare disease research.
