Human Stabilin-2 (STAB2) ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA designed for the quantification of Stabilin-2 in human samples, manufactured by Assay Genie. The kit uses a colorimetric detection method and is validated for use with serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernatants, and other biological fluids.

Reported performance characteristics include a detection range of 78-5000pg/mL and a sensitivity of 39.1pg/mL. Precision is given as an intra-assay CV of 7.8% and an inter-assay CV of 11.6%. Linearity has been characterised for serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma at dilutions of 1:2, 1:4, 1:8, and 1:16. Recovery averages 104% for serum (range 98-110%) and 106% for plasma (range 100-112%). The assay is specific for natural and recombinant human Stabilin-2 and is intended for research use only.
