Human ST7L ELISA Kit (HUFI08427)

Microplate-based and configured for research use only, this Assay Genie kit provides quantitative measurement of Suppression of Tumorigenicity 7-Like (ST7L) protein across human research samples. ST7L belongs to the immunoglobulin superfamily of membrane-associated receptors and is studied in cell adhesion, signal transduction, and tumor biology contexts, making the protein a useful biomarker target in oncology and developmental biology workflows.

Each kit is supplied with a pre-coated microplate, biotinylated detection antibody, enzyme conjugate working solution, calibrated protein standards, wash concentrate, substrate buffer, and stop reagent. The protocol uses a dual-antibody capture design: capture antibodies immobilized on the plate bind ST7L from prepared aliquots, after which a labeled detection reagent completes the binding pair so a measurable signal develops on substrate addition. Absorbance readings are then converted to concentrations using the included standard curve.

The microplate accommodates 96 separate determinations across calibrators, controls, and unknowns, with a typical sample volume of 100 uL per well during incubations. Sealed reagents should be refrigerated on arrival, the reconstituted standard should be aliquoted and frozen for repeated use, and the substrate should be protected from light. Allow all components to equilibrate to room temperature before initiating the protocol.
