The Human ST7 ELISA Kit from Assay Genie quantitatively measures ST7 (Suppression of Tumorigenicity 7) protein in human biofluid samples. ST7, located on chromosome 7q31.1, has been investigated as a candidate tumor suppressor gene in several cancers including breast and prostate, and has also been associated with autism spectrum disorders in genetic studies. The microplate-based immunoassay uses a human-specific capture antibody pair, supporting research into ST7 expression patterns and biomarker discovery.
