Human ST5 ELISA Kit (HUFI08422)

Assay Genie's Human ST5 ELISA Kit enables quantitative measurement of the ST5 protein, a 126 kDa cytoplasmic scaffolding molecule (also annotated DENND2B) that organizes the MAPK cascade downstream of activated EGF receptors. ST5 was originally cloned from HeLa cells, where its overexpression reduced focus-forming activity and anchorage-independent growth, providing the basis for its designation as a suppressor of tumorigenicity. The kit supports research into receptor tyrosine kinase signaling, Ras/MAPK pathway regulation, and downstream effects on proliferation and migration in epithelial and fibroblast systems.
