Human ST3GAL2 ELISA Kit (HUFI06314)

ST3GAL2 (ST3 Beta-Galactoside Alpha-2,3-Sialyltransferase 2) is a Golgi-resident sialyltransferase that catalyzes the transfer of sialic acid from CMP-NeuAc to terminal galactose residues on glycoproteins and glycolipids. The Assay Genie kit enables quantitative measurement of ST3GAL2 protein in human specimens, supporting studies of aberrant glycosylation in oncogenesis, neuronal differentiation, and glycoprotein biomarker discovery. Researchers use this reagent to profile enzyme expression across patient cohorts, tumor tissue panels, and cell-based disease models in vitro.
