The Assay Genie Human SSR4 ELISA Kit quantitatively measures SSR4 (Signal Sequence Receptor 4), the delta subunit of the TRAP (translocon-associated protein) complex that anchors the Sec61 translocon and supports nascent polypeptide translocation across the endoplasmic reticulum membrane. The assay is intended for research use only and suits studies of ER protein import, secretory pathway function, and unfolded protein response signaling in human cell and tissue models.

Each kit supplies a pre-coated microplate, biotinylated detection antibody, streptavidin-HRP conjugate, calibrated standards, and wash and diluent buffers sized for 96 Assays.
