Human SSA (Sjogren syndrome antigen A) ELISA Kit

SSA antigen A — also known as RO52, TRIM21, 52 kDa Ro protein, RNF81, and SSA1 (UniProt P19474) — is a key target in the study of Sjogren Syndrome, an autoimmune disorder characterized by dry eyes and mouth.

Linear performance was validated in serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma across dilutions of 1:2, 1:4, and 1:8, with average recovery of 98% in serum, 96% in EDTA plasma, and 91% in heparin plasma. Kit components should be stored at 2-8°C for up to 12 months.
