Human SRSF1 ELISA Kit

Assay Genie's ELISA kit enables quantitative measurement of SRSF1 (Serine/arginine-rich splicing factor 1) in human serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. The assay uses a sandwich format with a double-antibody configuration, in which a target-specific antibody pre-coated on the microplate captures SRSF1 from added standards and samples.

After washing, a biotinylated detection antibody binds the captured target, followed by HRP-conjugated Streptavidin (SABC) to form a biotin–streptavidin–HRP complex. TMB substrate is introduced; the HRP-catalyzed reaction produces a blue product that turns yellow upon addition of acidic Stop Solution, with absorbance measured at 450 nm. Components are stored at 2–8°C, and a Bradford Reagent is included for total protein quantification to support sample normalization. The kit is intended for research use only.

Stated performance characteristics include a sensitivity of 0.188 ng/mL and an assay range of 0.313–20 ng/mL. Reported sample validation data show average recoveries of 95% in serum, 93% in EDTA plasma, and 94% in heparin plasma.
