SRPRB (Signal Recognition Particle Receptor Subunit Beta) is an integral endoplasmic reticulum membrane protein that anchors the SRP receptor complex and mediates co-translational delivery of nascent secretory and membrane proteins to the ER lumen. This Assay Genie quantitative immunoassay enables sensitive measurement of SRPRB levels in human research specimens, supporting investigations into ER stress, secretory pathway disorders, and protein targeting mechanisms relevant to oncology and neurodegeneration. Each kit contains a pre-coated microplate, biotinylated detection antibody, streptavidin-HRP conjugate, lyophilized standards, and sufficient wash buffer for the full plate. Reconstituted standards should be aliquoted and frozen at -20°C to limit freeze-thaw degradation and preserve binding activity; the microplate should be refrigerated between uses. The procedure follows an absorbance-based readout protocol, allowing interpolation of unknown concentrations from a generated standard curve.
