SRGAP1 belongs to the RhoGAP family of cytoskeletal regulators, accelerating GTP hydrolysis on RhoA and coupling Slit-Robo repulsive guidance cues to actin remodeling in migrating cells. Reliable SRGAP1 quantification supports research in axon pathfinding, dendritic spine morphogenesis, synaptic development, and tumor cell dissemination pathways.
