Human sRAGE (soluble Receptor for Advanced Glycation End product) ELISA Kit

From Assay Genie, this sandwich double-antibody ELISA enables quantitative measurement of human soluble Receptor for Advanced Glycation End product (sRAGE). The microplate is pre-coated with a capture antibody; standards and samples are incubated, followed by a biotinylated detection antibody, HRP-conjugated Streptavidin and TMB substrate, with absorbance read at 450 nm.

The kit is reactive with human samples and validated for serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate and other liquid sample types. Reported sensitivity is 18.75 pg/mL with a working range of 31.25–2000 pg/mL. Linearity at 1:2, 1:4 and 1:8 dilutions was 89–103%, 86–99% and 85–99% for serum, 93–100%, 82–97% and 84–97% for EDTA plasma, and 85–95%, 81–98% and 86–98% for heparin plasma (n = 5 each). Spike recovery averaged 93% for serum (range 86–103%), 96% for EDTA plasma (range 86–102%) and 95% for heparin plasma (range 86–101%). The kit is stored at 2–8°C for 12 months.
