Squalene monooxygenase (SQLE) is a flavin adenine dinucleotide-dependent monooxygenase anchored in the endoplasmic reticulum membrane, where it catalyzes the epoxidation of squalene as a committed step in sterol and cholesterol biosynthesis. The Assay Genie human SQLE ELISA kit is configured as a quantitative immunoassay for measuring SQLE protein in human research samples, supplied in a microplate format with pre-coated wells, biotinylated detection antibody, reference standards, and substrate reagents ready for in vitro use.

Each kit provides 96 Assays, which covers one full microplate run with a standard curve and replicate wells for unknown samples.
