Human SPRR2F ELISA Kit (HUFI06336)

The Human SPRR2F ELISA Kit from Assay Genie is configured to quantify small proline-rich protein 2F, a precursor of the cornified cell envelope that is upregulated during keratinocyte terminal differentiation and in response to epithelial stress. Researchers use this assay to investigate skin barrier integrity, allergic and inflammatory skin conditions, mucosal damage, and squamous metaplasia in human samples. The kit is supplied as a 96 Assays package with all buffers, antibodies, conjugates, substrate, and a recombinant SPRR2F standard for building a calibration curve. Each well receives 100 µl of sample, and the protocol is performed at room temperature, completing in roughly three hours. Once reconstituted, standards and reagents tolerate a small number of freeze-thaw cycles, and the sealed plate is stored refrigerated until first use.
