Human SPRED3 ELISA Kit

From Assay Genie, this colorimetric Sandwich ELISA Kit is designed for the quantitative measurement of SPRED3 in human samples, with reactivity confirmed for Human. Validated sample types include serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids. The kit employs a quantitative sandwich ELISA technique, with highly specific antibodies pre-coated onto a microtiter plate. Samples, blanks and standards are incubated with a biotin-conjugated detection antibody followed by Avidin conjugated to Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP). Addition of the TMB (3,3',5,5'-Tetramethylbenzidine) substrate produces a blue colour, which turns yellow upon addition of the Stop Solution; signal intensity is measured on a plate reader at 450 nm, with the amount of bound human SPRED3 proportional to the generated signal. The reported detection range is 0.78-50ng/mL, with a sensitivity of 0.41ng/mL.
