Human SPRED2 ELISA Kit (HUFI06348)

The Assay Genie SPRED2 immunoassay quantifies Sprouty-related EVH1 domain-containing protein 2, a membrane-localized negative regulator of the Ras/Raf/MEK/ERK signaling cascade that binds neurofibromin to suppress Ras-GTP loading. SPRED2 (~45 kDa) is of growing interest in melanoma progression, KRAS-driven lung adenocarcinoma, and allergic airway inflammation research, where altered expression modulates ERK phosphorylation and downstream proliferative signaling. The microplate kit contains pre-coated capture antibody, biotinylated detection reagent, streptavidin-HRP conjugate, TMB substrate, wash buffer, and recombinant human calibrators sufficient for full-range standard curve fitting. This research use only ELISA supports laboratory investigation of MAPK pathway biology, including studies of RTK feedback inhibition and SPRED family cross-talk with SPRED1 and SPRED3.
