Human SPOCK1 ELISA Kit (HUFI06341)

Configured as a 96 Assays quantitative panel from Assay Genie, this ELISA kit measures the SPOCK1 proteoglycan (also called Testican-1) in human research samples using a matched antibody pair and an enzyme-labelled reporter read on a standard microplate reader.

SPOCK1 is a heparan/chondroitin sulfate proteoglycan of the SPARC/osteonectin family. Published studies have linked its expression to extracellular matrix remodelling in several solid tumour contexts, including colorectal, gastric, and pancreatic adenocarcinoma, and to invasion phenotypes in glioma cell models. Investigators using this Assay Genie panel typically work with banked specimen cohorts stored as single-use aliquots, looking for associations between circulating values and tumour stage, metastatic status, or response to therapy.

The kit ships in a microplate format with all components needed to develop the full plate in one workflow. Store refrigerated on arrival, return unused strips to the sealed pouch with desiccant, and reconstitute only the vials required for each run. Repeated freeze-thaw cycles of reconstituted standard and detection antibody should be avoided. Each vial of conjugate, standard, and detection antibody is intended for single use once opened.

Researchers should titrate positive controls within the dynamic range reported on the lot-specific certificate of analysis, because batch-to-batch variation between paired antibodies can shift the working curve. Standard washers, pipettes, and a plate reader capable of absorbance measurement at the wavelength specified in the lot documentation are required.
