Human Spleen Focus Forming Virus Proviral Integration Oncogene (SPI1) ELISA Kit

The SPI1 gene encodes the PU.1 transcription factor, an ETS-family regulator central to hematopoietic stem-cell commitment, B-lymphocyte maturation, and myeloid lineage development. This human-specific capture-antibody ELISA from Assay Genie enables quantitative measurement of PU.1 protein in cell lysates and tissue homogenates prepared from leukemia models, lymphoma research, and studies of aberrant hematopoiesis, where altered SPI1 expression is an established biomarker of disease progression.

The microplate-based kit is supplied with all components required for standard curve generation, sample incubation, and chromogenic readout.
