The Human SPIRE2 ELISA Kit from Assay Genie quantitatively measures Spire-type actin nucleation factor 2 (SPIRE2), a cytoskeletal regulator involved in actin filament assembly through its WH2 domains, in human serum and plasma samples. Quantifying circulating SPIRE2 supports research into cell motility, vesicle trafficking, and cytoskeletal remodeling pathways. The assay uses a microplate format with colorimetric detection, requires a 50 uL sample volume per well, and shows no significant cross-reactivity with rat or mouse SPIRE orthologs.
