SPIN1 (Spindlin-1) is a histone H3K4me3 reader implicated in ribosomal RNA transcription, meiotic checkpoint control, and oncogenic signaling in ovarian and colorectal tumors. The Assay Genie kit provides all reagents required for quantitative Spindlin-1 measurement in human blood-derived specimens, including a pre-coated microplate, lyophilized standard, biotinylated detection antibody, streptavidin-HRP conjugate, wash buffer, TMB substrate, and stop solution. Reconstituted standards should be aliquoted and stored at -20 °C for long-term stability; unused strips can be refrigerated in the sealed pouch with desiccant. Typical applications include profiling Spindlin-1 expression changes following siRNA knockdown, drug treatment, or tumor progression studies, with absorbance values captured on a standard plate reader.
