Human Sphingosine 1-phosphate receptor 1 (S1PR1) ELISA Kit

The detection range is 0.156-10 ng/mL with a sensitivity of 0.034 ng/mL. Precision is reported as an intra-assay CV of 3.8% and an inter-assay CV of 7.4%. Linearity has been validated in serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma at 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16 dilutions (N=5), with recovery averaging 87% (range 81-93%) in serum and 89% (range 83-95%) in plasma. Specificity covers natural and recombinant human S1PR1 (UniProt P21453).
