Human Sperm-associated antigen 1 (SPAG1) ELISA Kit

Validated for serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids, the assay delivers a detection range of 0.156-10 ng/mL with a sensitivity of 0.023 ng/mL. Precision is reported as an intra-assay CV of 4.5% and an inter-assay CV of 7.9%, while recovery averages 97% for serum (range 91-103%) and 99% for plasma (range 93-105%). Dilutional linearity has been characterised for serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma across serial dilutions. Specificity is directed against natural and recombinant human Sperm-associated antigen 1.
