Human SPATC1 (Speriolin) ELISA KIT (HUFI08075)

The SPATC1 gene encodes Speriolin, a centrosomal scaffold protein required for centriole remodelling and flagellum assembly during spermiogenesis. Loss-of-function variants are linked to oligoasthenoteratozoospermia and male infertility, so quantitative measurement of circulating Speriolin supports reproductive health, germline biology, and clinical fertility research. The Assay Genie kit is calibrated for human Speriolin with a working detection range of 0.156–10 ng/mL and delivers a complete workflow with a precoated microplate, biotinylated detection antibody, streptavidin-HRP conjugate, calibration standards, and substrate for absorbance-based readout at 450 nm.

Each kit supplies reagents for 96 individual sample determinations, with 100 µL of sample loaded per well. Reconstituted standards should be aliquoted and frozen to limit freeze-thaw cycles, while working dilutions are prepared fresh for each run. Store unopened components at 2–8 °C and protect the substrate vial from light, allowing all materials to reach room temperature before use.
