Human SPARC-like protein 1 (SPARCL1) ELISA Kit

The assay is intended for research use only and is reactive with human samples, including serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates, and other biological fluids.

Key specifications include a sensitivity of 0.089 ng/mL and a detection range of 0.156–10 ng/mL. Reported precision values are an intra-assay CV of 4.2% and an inter-assay CV of 8.4%. The kit is specific for natural and recombinant human SPARC-like protein 1 and is applicable to cancer research. SPARCL1 is a secreted extracellular matrix protein that participates in extracellular matrix remodeling, cell–cell interactions, tissue development, wound healing, and cancer progression.

Reported recovery averages 85% (range 80–91%) for serum and 87% (range 81–93%) for plasma. Linearity has been demonstrated across serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma matrices at serial dilutions from 1:2 to 1:16. The assay is read at 450 nm using a standard microplate reader.
