Human SPARC-like 1/SPARCL1 ELISA Kit

From Assay Genie, this sandwich ELISA kit is designed to detect and quantify human SPARC-like 1 (SPARCL1), also known as Hevin, a secreted protein involved in cell adhesion, migration, and tissue development. The assay uses a double-antibody sandwich format and offers a sensitivity of 0.188 ng/mL with a measurable range of 0.313–20 ng/mL.

The kit is validated for use with human serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysates, and other liquid samples. Reagents should be stored at 2–8°C and remain stable for 12 months under those conditions.

SPARCL1 contributes to modulating the extracellular matrix and promoting cell differentiation and survival, and its dysregulation has been linked to cancer, fibrosis, and neurological disorders, making it a useful biomarker for related research.
