Human SPANXC ELISA Kit (HUFI06383)

The Assay Genie human SPANXC Kit is built as a microplate immunoassay intended for research use only, enabling quantification of SPANX family member C in human specimens. SPANXC is a cancer/testis antigen encoded on the X chromosome, normally restricted to spermatogenic cells yet aberrantly re-expressed across multiple solid tumor types, so accurate measurement supports oncology biomarker discovery, reproductive biology investigations, and immunotherapy target screening. The kit is provided with pre-coated wells, matched antibody pairs, recombinant protein standards, wash buffer, TMB substrate, and stop solution for processing a full plate of unknowns alongside a standard curve.
